I believe sharing knowledge is essential for growth. As a self-taught designer, I’ve learned a great deal from the design community, and in 2025 I challenged myself to step out of my comfort zone by sharing more on LinkedIn.
My goal was to post every Wednesday — covering design systems, principles, and personal reflections. I created a personal branding plan with 50 Notion articles to stay on track.
Despite the challenge of being dyslexic, I pushed myself to write, which has been uncomfortable but rewarding. Through writing and research, I’ve gained valuable insights into product biases and expanded my own knowledge.
I’m currently in the process of rebranding my posts for my company and creating customized posts for colleagues, tailored to their needs and goals.
